Where we ship
Island Haven preorders are currently available only for eligible shipping addresses in Canada and the United States.
Shipping cost
Shipping is charged at checkout. Canadian preorders are charged in CAD, United States preorders are charged in USD, and your final total is shown before payment is confirmed.
Shipping timing
Estimated to ship 8-10 weeks after the preorder goal is reached and production is complete. Orders will be fulfilled with a compliant carrier once preorder inventory is ready, and delivery timing may vary by destination after the shipment is accepted by the carrier.
Tracking and address support
Tracking will be emailed when your order ships. If you need to correct or update your shipping address after placing an order, contact Email support as soon as possible.
Refunds and cancellations
You may cancel your preorder for a refund before your order enters fulfillment. Once a refund is issued, processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
