Where we ship
Fragrance and clothing preorders are currently available only for eligible shipping addresses in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Greece.
Shipping cost
Shipping is charged at checkout. Canadian orders are billed in CAD, U.S. orders in USD, and United Kingdom, France, and Greece orders in EUR. The final total is shown before payment is confirmed.
Shipping timing
Estimated to ship 4-6 weeks after the first production run is complete. If the fulfillment timeline changes, customers will be notified by email. Orders will ship with a compliant carrier once preorder inventory is ready. Delivery timing may vary by destination after carrier acceptance.
Tracking and address support
Tracking will be emailed when your order ships. If you need to correct or update your shipping address after placing an order, contact Email support as soon as possible.
Choosing a clothing size
Island Collection clothing is offered in a women's cut and a standard cut. Measurements for each size are published on the clothing size guide. Because these are preorders produced in a single run, please check the measurements before ordering and contact support if you are between sizes.
Refunds and cancellations
You may cancel your preorder for a refund before your order enters fulfillment. Once a refund is issued, processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
