What does preorder mean?
A preorder reserves Island Haven before the founding production run is complete. Your order helps a small, founder-led brand move its first batch forward with confidence.
Am I charged now?
Yes. Preorders are charged securely at checkout through Stripe, and your final total is shown before you confirm payment.
What sizes are available?
Island Haven is currently available in thoughtfully sized 10mL, 30mL, and 50mL bottles.
What currency will I pay in?
Canadian shipping addresses check out in CAD, U.S. shipping addresses check out in USD, and United Kingdom, France, and Greece shipping addresses check out in EUR. Your full total is shown before you confirm payment.
When will Island Haven ship?
Estimated to ship 8-10 weeks after the preorder goal is reached and production is complete.
Where can I preorder?
Preorders are currently available only for shipping addresses in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Greece.
How is shipping handled?
Shipping is added at checkout before payment is completed.
What happens if the 500-unit goal is not reached?
BANU Beauty will send an email update with next steps. If the brand does not move forward with production, preorder customers will receive a refund.
Can I cancel my preorder?
Yes. You may cancel your preorder for a refund before your order enters fulfillment. Email support and include the email address used at checkout.
How do I update my shipping address?
Email support as soon as possible if your shipping address changes after you place your preorder.
How will I receive updates?
Order confirmations, production milestones, shipping updates, and tracking notices are sent by email.
