What does preorder mean?
A preorder reserves Island Haven before the debut production run is complete. Your order helps BANU Beauty reach the 500-unit goal needed to begin the first batch.
Am I charged now?
Yes. Preorders are charged at checkout through Stripe. Your final total is shown before you confirm payment.
What sizes are available?
Island Haven is currently available for preorder in 30mL, 50mL, and 100mL.
What currency will I pay in?
Canadian shipping addresses are charged in CAD. U.S. shipping addresses are charged in USD. The same numeric price is used for each size in both currencies.
When will Island Haven ship?
Estimated to ship 8-10 weeks after the preorder goal is reached and production is complete.
Where can I preorder?
Preorders are currently available only for shipping addresses in Canada and the United States.
How are shipping and taxes handled?
Shipping is added at checkout and taxes are calculated there before you complete payment.
What happens if the 500-unit goal is not reached?
BANU Beauty will send an email update with next steps. If the brand does not move forward with production, preorder customers will receive a refund.
Can I cancel my preorder?
Yes. You may cancel your preorder for a refund before your order enters fulfillment. Email our support team and include the email address used at checkout.
How do I update my shipping address?
Email our support team as soon as possible if your shipping address changes after you place your preorder.
How will I receive updates?
Order confirmations, campaign milestones, production updates, and tracking notices will be sent by email.
