BANU Beauty is a founder-led brand spanning fragrance and the Island Collection streetwear line. These answers cover pricing, sizing, preorder timing, shipping, and support so shopping feels clear, polished, and confident.
What does preorder mean?
A preorder reserves your item before the founding production run is complete. Your order helps a small, founder-led brand move its first batch forward with confidence.
Am I charged now?
Yes. Preorders are charged securely at checkout through Stripe, and your final total is shown before you confirm payment.
What can I preorder?
Two fragrances, Island Haven Eau de Parfum and Island Harbour Eau de Parfum for Men, plus the Island Collection clothing line: the Island Girl Sweater and Lankan Sweater in the hooded cut, and the Mykonos Sweater and Tamil Ponnu Sweater in the crewneck cut.
What sizes are available?
Island Haven and Island Harbour are available in 10mL, 30mL, and 50mL bottles. Every piece of clothing comes in a women's cut from XS to XXL and a standard cut from S to 2XL, with full chest, length, and sleeve measurements on the clothing page.
Do the hoodies include the matching sweatpants?
No. The Island Girl Sweater and Lankan Sweater are photographed with matching sweatpants, but each preorder is for the hoodie only.
Why do prices show a crossed-out amount?
The bold figure is the launch price you pay today. The crossed-out figure is the regular price for that size.
Is tax added at checkout?
No sales tax is added. Your total is the item price plus shipping, shown in full before you confirm payment.
What currency will I pay in?
Canadian shipping addresses check out in CAD, U.S. shipping addresses check out in USD, and United Kingdom, France, and Greece shipping addresses check out in EUR. Your full total is shown before you confirm payment.
When will my order ship?
Estimated to ship 4-6 weeks after the first production run is complete. If the fulfillment timeline changes, customers will be notified by email.
Where can I preorder?
Preorders are currently available only for shipping addresses in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Greece.
How is shipping handled?
Shipping is added at checkout before payment is completed.
What happens if the 500-unit goal is not reached?
BANU Beauty will send an email update with next steps. If the brand does not move forward with production, preorder customers will receive a refund.
Can I cancel my preorder?
Yes. You may cancel your preorder for a refund before your order enters fulfillment. Email support and include the email address used at checkout.
How do I update my shipping address?
Email support as soon as possible if your shipping address changes after you place your preorder.
How will I receive updates?
Order confirmations, production milestones, shipping updates, and tracking notices are sent by email.
