How the preorder works
Island Haven Eau de Parfum and Island Harbour Eau de Parfum for Men are available for preorder in 10mL, 30mL, and 50mL, alongside the Island Collection clothing line, as part of BANU Beauty's founding production run. Your preorder reserves your item and helps fund that first run.
Payment
You are charged when you place your preorder through Stripe's secure checkout. Canadian shipping addresses are charged in CAD, U.S. shipping addresses are charged in USD, and United Kingdom, France, and Greece shipping addresses are charged in EUR. Your final total is shown before payment is confirmed.
Where we ship
Preorders are currently available only for shipping addresses in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Greece. Region is selected before Stripe Checkout so each order is placed in the correct currency.
Fulfillment timing
Estimated to ship 4-6 weeks after the first production run is complete. If the fulfillment timeline changes, customers will be notified by email. We will send clear production and fulfillment updates by email as the release moves forward.
Delays
Preorder timelines can shift because of production, packaging, supplier, or carrier timing. If the estimate changes materially, BANU Beauty will email customers with an updated timeline and available options.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your preorder for a refund before your order enters fulfillment. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
If the first-run goal is not reached
BANU Beauty will email preorder customers with next steps. If production does not move forward, preorder customers will receive a refund.
